Sad, really.

Ob/Gyns of America: We're people pulling people out of people.

I swear I didn't make this up. This is the title of the inaugural post on a blog by an ob/gyn. She refers to it as her favorite tag line for her profession.

Does that strike any of you as an appropriate way for the vast majority of infants in this country to be starting their little lives?

I could about puke.

Can you please share the address for this OB/GYN blog? Is the author being serious? It just seems absurd!

Don't some of those docs have just adorable favorite phrases? It's like those marquee church signs with the pithy little sayings on it. They could post those on the sign for their practice:

"Pulling People Out of People since 1984"

or

"When in doubt, cut it out"

that way, parents would at least have fair warning what sort of surgeon they were getting (is there any kind of surgeon that doesn't like to cut or do cowboy hero OB stuff? What kind of surgeon doesn't prefer to do surgery?)
